Product Standards
GB/T34926-2017, Q/DXYQ001-2015
Application
This product is suitable for the main power trunk line or special Level 1 use places leading from substations or main distribution rooms to fire-fighting equipment. It is used as Class A fire-resistant cable or as a replacement for long-term use of 90°C halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cables according to design specifications. The cable is used for fixed laying or mobile conditions.
Usage Characteristics
The maximum rated operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C.
The maximum duration of short circuit does not exceed 5 seconds, and the maximum operating temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250°C.
The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0°C, and the minimum bending radius should not be less than 15 times the cable outer diameter.
Technical Features
This cable has excellent fire resistance, no length limitation, large cross-section (single core: 500mm² , multi-core: 120mm² and below), good flexibility, non-toxic and smoke-free when burning, high overload capacity, corrosion resistance, good shielding performance, long service life, safe and reliable, easy installation, and low installation cost.

Applications
High-rise buildings: Fire-resistant cables are used in critical circuits such as emergency lighting, fire elevators, and smoke exhaust systems in high-rise buildings to ensure the normal operation of escape routes and rescue operations during a fire.
Transportation infrastructure: In scenarios such as subway tunnels, airport terminals, and high-speed railway stations, fire-resistant cables can withstand high temperatures and smoke, ensuring the continuous operation of signal systems and monitoring equipment.
In the industrial and energy sectors, prevent chain accidents caused by circuit failures.
The selection of fire-resistant cables should be based on the safety requirements of specific application scenarios, environmental characteristics and relevant regulatory requirements, such as the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" and other standards.

Other jacket materials/colors can be provided upon request, such as CSP/PCP/NBR/PVC.
Double-layer jackets with reinforced fibers in the middle are available as an optional configuration.
